As with all franchise businesses, the franchisee is required to pay a set-up fee in the initial stages which will cover the full capital investment. This includes:
After the store is established, Spice 2 GO will charge a royalty fee to the franchisee. The royalty fee is calculated on a percentage of the store’s monthly turnover. This payment allows the franchisee to use the Spice 2 GO concept as their business model and also benefit from all marketing and PR campaigns carried out by the franchisor.
Each franchisee owns his or her business. However, the franchisor retains control over the way in which the products and services are marketed and sold, and also sets and controls the standards of quality with regards to the business.The premises from which the Spice 2 GO store operates is leased or owned by the franchisee, although Spice 2 GO will provide full support and expert assistance with the premise selection process.
